Payment terms and engagement

To ensure absolute independence and priority, project work starts only after 100% of the project fee is received in the consultant's IBAN account. All third-party expenses (travel, samples, lab fees) are pre-approved and pre-paid by the client. Bank charges are borne by the client. Non-negotiable.

What does a sourcing consultant in Türkiye do?

Do you negotiate prices or sign contracts on my behalf?

No. To stay fully independent, price negotiation, contract drafting or signing, payment management and legal representation are outside the scope of the service.

How long does a project take?

Research Only takes 3–7 business days and Verify Remote 7–14 business days. On-site audits are scheduled per project.

How much does it cost?

Research Only: USD 500–1,200. Verify Remote: USD 1,200–2,500. Verify On-site: USD 2,500–6,000. Third-party expenses such as travel, samples and lab tests are pre-paid by the client.

Mutual NDA

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

1. Purpose: This agreement protects sensitive technical and commercial information shared between the Buyer and Kenan Altun.
2. Definition: "Confidential Information" includes all briefs, manufacturer data and reports.
3. Obligations: Neither party shall share data with third parties without written consent.
4. Term: 36 months from the date of disclosure.
5. Jurisdiction: Istanbul Courts, Türkiye.

Service Agreement

SOURCING CONSULTANT SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Subject: The Consultant provides independent research and verification based on the Buyer's brief.
2. Exclusions: The Consultant does NOT negotiate prices, sign contracts, manage payments or provide legal representation.
3. Payment: 100% upfront fee required into IBAN. Work starts after clearance.
4. Expenses: Pre-paid by the Buyer (travel, samples, labs).
5. Liability: The Consultant is NOT liable for manufacturer quality or delivery delays. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.
6. Termination: Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
